At LXA, I lead frontend architecture across five platforms (Investor, Borrower, Referrer, Concierge, and Property Valuation), building scalable systems using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. I introduced modern tooling and platform upgrades including Tailwind CSS v4, Zod v4, tRPC v11, and Biome, which reduced CI linting time by ~87% and formatting time by ~83%, improving developer productivity and pipeline efficiency.

I also architected and rolled out a new internal UI library, replacing our legacy Material UI stack and standardizing UX across all products. Working in a monorepo environment, I focus on shared architecture, reusable components, and maintainable patterns that scale across teams and applications.

In addition to platform work, I collaborate closely with backend team (NestJS) to design clean end-to-end flows and have delivered complex features such as interactive property maps, valuation visualizations, and financial modeling tools that support core business operations.

I led a team of 6 engineers (covering backend, frontend, and test engineers) focused on building a strong, high-performing team. I also supported 2 other Engineering Managers in the same business group, offering coaching and keeping an eye on their team's overall direction.

I guided 4 frontend developers across squads and supervising three projects. I kickstarted the main web app for Big Flip (Flip for Business), the business app, which later became the company's top revenue driver.

I introduced unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library, set up and maintained our internal UI kit with React and Styled Components, and launched a Next.js + TypeScript project for user docs—Flip's first project using TypeScript. I also helped define coding standards and best practices for the frontend team, and regularly worked with the CTO and other leaders to align our goals and direction.

I was also trusted to interview frontend developer candidates. On the side, I created a helpful internal Telegram bot using Node.js, which supported day-to-day tasks like tracking absences, sending meeting reminders, checking staging status, and even prayer time reminders.
